Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel the contract without providing any reasons for 100 days.
Said right is valid for 100 days from the day on which you or an authorized third party has received the ordered goods.
You can declare your cancellation by sending us a letter or an e-mail clearly stating your intention to cancel the contract or by sending back the goods before the 100-day period is over.

Revocation Consequences

If you revoke this contract, we will refund every article you returned. The refund will happen immediately and the very latest 14 days after we received your returned merchandise. We can refuse the refund until we received the merchandise or until you have proofed that you have sent the articles back to us, whichever happened earlier. You only have to pay for a potentials loss of value, if we, upon closer examination, notice a loss of value, i.e. regarding the condition, look or functionality, which can be traced back to you.

The cost for a DHL return shipment organized by us is much higher than the initial shipping costs. That’s why we came up with a solution that works better for both sides: If you order for just €50 (or more), you won’t pay any costs for shipping and handling. In exchange, we kindly ask you to pay for the return shipment if you’re deciding to return your shirts. You can pick a shipment company of your own choosing. You can also save money, if you put the shirt in a big envelope and send it as parcel.
